Will I see my proofs the same day?
Your portrait selections are made in the studio. Since we offer more poses than most studios, we do not print old fashioned proofs. Your portrait viewing will allow you to see images cropped and sized to your taste. Most viewings take about an hour, we suggest you arrange for a sitter for small children.
Will my portraits be retouched?
All final order images will be retouched. If you have any special requests, please ask during your sales appointment.
Can I place my final order over the phone?
Original orders must be placed at the studio. If you need to place a re-order, we'd be happy to take your order over the phone. If you are looking to choose additional images, we ask that you make an appointment and come to the studio.
How do I become a senior rep?
Call the studio at 413.737.1400 to schedule a senior representative consultation.
How many images will I see?
Seniors will view about 12 images per style (outfit), amount of images to view for families and children may vary.
Are there other images besides the ones I see at my sales appointment?
The images you see at your sales appointment are the best, and most variety of what was taken during your session(s). We do eliminate any images where you may have blinked.
Do you only photograph seniors?
Steinmetz photographs all kinds of portraits, from children to families, executives, weddings, and even models. Commercial work is also something that we can photograph. Please call the studio if you have any questions.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, cash or check. However, final payments may be made by cash, credit card or debit only.
